Core Excellent Physical Properties

Superior Wear Resistance

Its wear resistance far exceeds that of carbon steel, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and other conventional materials. The wear strength is 7 times that of carbon steel and 4 times that of PTFE, delivering outstanding anti-wear performance.

Low Density & Lightweight

With a density of only 0.97g/cm³, it is one of the few industrialized high-performance polymer materials lighter than water, featuring excellent lightweight adaptability.

Ultra-Low Friction & Self-Lubrication

It possesses excellent inherent self-lubricating properties. The friction coefficient remains stable between 0.1~0.22, effectively reducing operational friction resistance and component wear/sticking.

Extreme Impact Resistance & Low-Temperature Tolerance

It offers exceptional toughness and impact strength. It maintains stable working performance even in ultra-low temperature environments as low as -260°C.

Excellent Chemical Corrosion Resistance

Boasts outstanding chemical stability, providing long-term resistance against erosion by most acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents.

Safe Biocompatibility

Non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive with favorable biological compatibility. It is a preferred material for strict application scenarios such as medical implants and food-contact fields.
