The optimal choice for bucket liners is Polyceramoplast™‑α and Polyceramoplast™‑β.  "α" offers superior anti‑adhesion (ideal for areas with severe material sticking/freezing), while "β" provides higher wear resistance (suitable for high abrasive load zones). Combining these two grades ensures uniform service life across different liner areas.

Important note: This solution is designed for soft soils with a hardness of up to 4 on the Mohs scale. Ore is not included in this category. Although Alpha α and Beta β have been successfully used in ore silos and chutes, due to the different load mechanisms, they may not achieve ideal performance in bucket applications.

We typically guarantee the performance metrics specified in our technical datasheets (including wear resistance, breaking strength, impact toughness, etc.)—this constitutes our standard warranty terms.

In specific cases, we offer a warranty for the performance of liners or finished parts when used in specific components/machinery (e.g., turnkey bucket solutions), with a maximum warranty period of up to 1 year. The specific eligibility for such a warranty will be determined based on the questionnaire you complete.

Manufacturing dozer blades is feasible: we recommend the Basic, Alpha α, or up to Beta β grades. The Ω grade is too hard and brittle for this application.

However, the service life of any UHMWPE grade will not exceed that of the aforementioned steels, which offer superior strength, hardness, and wear resistance. The advantage of Polyceramoplast™ composites lies in their excellent release and non-stick properties, making them ideal for applications requiring gentle contact (e.g., working near sidewalk tiles).

For excavator tooth crowns—not feasible, as the material lacks sufficient hardness.
