Production – Machining of sheets and rods using CNC equipment: milling, boring, drilling, grooving, slotting and profiled elements, countersunk holes. Products are produced as single pieces and in series; assembly with inserts and fits for shafts, bearings, and fasteners is possible.
Typical examples: Conveyor sprockets and pulleys, rollers and bands, guides and shoes, wear-resistant liners, brackets, flanges, stops, protective and mounting parts for machinery and lines in woodworking, food, mining, and agricultural industries.

What is needed for calculation and manufacturing: Drawing/sketch or sample, dimensions and fits, operating conditions (environment, temperature, load/speed), requirements for wear resistance and friction, mounting method. We will select the material grade and thickness, manufacture, and supply the kit ready for installation.
