These polymer inserts require no lubrication, do not absorb water, and do not corrode in outdoor conditions. They are chemically resistant, operate over a wide temperature range, dampen noise and vibrations, and electrically isolate the pipe steel from the support metal, eliminating galvanic corrosion. Compared to metal and fluoroplastic inserts, "Polykeramoplast" liners are lighter, more impact-resistant, and less sensitive to contamination by sand/ice.
Design Options:
Sheet on the base of a sliding support (shoe), segmented strips under a clamp/saddle, side guide liners. Thickness and material grade are selected based on load, diameter, and required service life; the shape follows the support geometry and may include chamfers or drainage grooves.
Attachment:
Mechanical (bolts/studs with countersinking flush with the sliding surface) or adhesive/tape bonding to a prepared base. Installation is possible without dismantling the pipeline section; worn sections are quickly replaced on-site. We supply cut parts according to customer drawings, along with fasteners/templates for convenient installation.
Benefits:
·Reduction of friction and forces in the support system;
·Protection of the pipe and supports from wear and "seizing";
·Maintenance-free operation (no lubrication);
·Functionality outdoors and in aggressive environments;
·Quick replacement of sections during scheduled repairs.
